Define Credit Card Format

This features has been provided for you to custom define your credit card formats to be used.

To View Credit Card Formats:

1. Select Define Credit Card Format from the Customize menu.
2. The Credit Card Format page will appear.
3. Credit Card Formats defined, if any will be displayed on the page along with , options.
4. Create Credit Card Format option has also been provided on the page for you to create a new Credit Card format.

To Create a Credit Card Format:

1. Click on the Create Credit Card Format option.
2. Credit Card Format window will pop-up next along with Add More and Save buttons.
3. Review the fields described in this window.
4. To add headers in the Credit Card Format:
   • Select the data Fields and click Add More.
   • Additional entry will be displayed in the window along with a option besides it.
5. To delete a header field:
   • Click on the corresponding option.
   • Review the confirmation of the header to delete and click OK to confirm.
6. After adding all the header fields of the format, click Save.

On successful creation, the format will be displayed on the Credit Card Format page along with , options and A File Download screen will appear next along with Open With, Save options in addition to OK and Cancel buttons.

Select Open With to open the file in the suitable application; select Save to save the file to a pre-chosen location.

Select one option and click OK.

Depending upon the option chosen, the file will begin to install or be saved to a location.

To Edit a Credit Card Format:

1. Choose the user defined Credit Card Format you wish to edit and click on the corresponding option.
2. Credit Card Format will pop-up next along with Add More and Update buttons.
3. Review the fields described in this window.
4. To add headers in the Credit Card Format:
   • Select the data Fields and click Add More.
   • Additional entry will be displayed in the window along with a option besides it.
5. To delete a header field:
   • Click on the corresponding option.
   • Review the confirmation of the header to delete and click OK to confirm.
6. After adding all the header fields of the format, click Update.

A File Download screen will appear next along with Open With, Save options in addition to OK and Cancel buttons.

Select Open With to open the file in the suitable application; select Save to save the file to a pre-chosen location.

Select one option and click OK.

Depending upon the option chosen, the file will begin to install or be saved to a location.

To delete a Credit Card Format:

1. Choose the user defined Credit Card Format you wish to delete and click on the corresponding option.
2. Review the confirmation of the format to delete and click Yes to confirm.
