Receipt Images


To add receipts:
  1. Navigate to Receipt Images tab.
  2. This tab displays the already attached receipts, if any for the Expense along with Browse, Close and Attach Receipt buttons.
  3. Review the fields described in the tab.
  4. Click Browse, locate and choose the receipt you wish to upload.
  5. Enter your comments for the receipt and and click Attach Receipt.

On successfully attaching a receipt, it will be displayed in the Expense Receipts window along with , options to correspondingly download and delete the receipt.


To view Receipt:
  1. Click on the receipt you wish to view.
  2. A new window will pop-up next displaying a larger view of the receipt along with Cancel and Update buttons.
  3. This window also contains an option to update the comments entered for the receipt.
  4. Update your comments for the Receipt and click Update.

To download a Receipt:
  1. Choose the receipt you wish to download and click on the corresponding option.
  2. A File Download screen will appear next. On this screen choose the action to perform.
  3. Click Open to open the file. Click Save to save the file to the disk.
  4. Click Cancel to cancel downloading of the file.
  5. The file will be opened or saved to a pre-chosen location.

To delete a Receipt:
  1. Choose the receipt you wish to delete and click on the corresponding option.
  2. Review the confirmation of the receipt you are trying to delete.
  3. Click OK to confirm or click Cancel to close the window without deleting the receipt.
