This option has been provided for you to import Expenses from your Rearden Booking account into SutiExpense account.
To Import Expenses from Rearden:
Click on the option on the Services page.
Rearden Service Track window will pop-up next along with Reset and Search buttons.
A option has also been provided in this window for you to create a new Expense.
Review the fields described in this window.
Select values for fields and click Search.
Rearden Exp window will pop-up next along with a Select Expense option, Rearden Expense(s) and Suti Expense(s) section in addition to Import Later and Import and buttons.
, buttons have also been provided in this window for you to move selected Expense(s) from one section to another.
To Add a New Expense:
Click on the option.
Add New Expense window will pop-up next besides the option along with Cancel and Add options.
Review the fields described in this window.
An icon identifies the mandatory fields that require an entry to proceed.
Enter values for fields and click on the Add option.
To add Expenses:
Select Expense(s) from the Rearden Expense(s) section, and click to move it to the Suti Expense(s) section.
To remove Expenses:
Select Expense(s) from the Suti Expense(s) section, and click to move it to the Rearden Expense(s) section.
Select the Expense, add the Rearden Expenses to SutiExpense and click Import.
The Expenses you selected from your Rearden Booking account will be added to selected Expense in the SutiExpense.
