Customize

This feature has been provided for you to customize the SutiExpense application.

To Customize Your Account:

1. Select Customize from the Customize menu.
2. The Customize page will appear.
3. This page contains the following tabs: Email, Date Format and Settings an Update button on each of them.

To Select Email Notifications:

1. The Email tab will be displayed by default when you are trying to view the Customize page.
2. This tab displays all the possible email notifications in the SutiExpense with an option to select each one of them.
3. Review the notifications described in this tab.
4. Select the notifications you wish to receive and click Update.

To Select Date Format:

1. Navigate to the Date Format tab.
2. This tab displays all the possible Date Formats and Date Separators in the SutiExpense with an option to select one from both.
3. Review the Date Formats and Date Separators described in this tab.
4. Select a Date Format, Date Separator and click Update.

To Define Settings:

1. Navigate to the Settings tab.
2. This tab consists of the following options: Records, Language, Timezone and Password Authentication along with an Update button in each of them.
3. A Setup Wizard option has also been provided in the tab for you to view / not view the Setup Wizard on successful login.
4. The Records option allows you to enter the number of records to be displayed per page.
5. Enter the no. of records you wish to view per page and click Update.
6. The Language and timezone sections allow you to select the language and timezone you wish to use.
7. Select the language you wish to use and click Update.
8. Select the timezone you wish to use and click Update.
9. The Password Authentication option allows you select / deselect password authentication for your account.
10. To enable an option, do the following:
    • Click on the corresponding button.
    • Review the confirmation to update.
    • Click Continue to confirm or click Cancel to close the window without updating the option.
11. Select / Deselect the Setup Wizard option.
